Sigma POS can operate in an end-to-end Sigma POS environment and has been designed to operate as a customer-facing sales solution on Diebold Nixdorf hardware or fully integrated into a stores existing hardware.  Sigma interfaces directly into the existing lane server.  At the conclusion of each Sigma transaction, Sigma outputs the transaction into the e-commerce interface in the POS server allowing Sigma POS and Self Checkout to be an all in one low cost solution and integrate across the landscape of the majority of retail in the USA. 

 

Sigma Order Kiosk can be customised for food ordering at the deli counter, bakery, in-store café or restaurant.  Make it part or a traditional sales transaction or enable Sigma’s pay at the kiosk functionality. Sigma can also handle a transaction ahead of the store visit, (Click and Collect), you can add to your Click & Collect order, at the food counter and shop elsewhere in the store and check out all together in one transaction, this saving you high credit card fees of “card not present” e-commerce transactions as Click & Collect orders are reserved on the credit card in Sigma and only processed when the customer comes to the store.

 

Sigma Self-Checkout provides leaner, flexible options that enables you to configure a number of smaller footprint self-checkouts for a fraction of the price of a legacy self-checkout.  Smart distribution of this technology can reduce rising labor costs, while enhancing the user-experience by creating seamless shopping from home, on a mobile device and in the store.  The self-checkout can also be attached to a cash drawer. By plugging it in and selecting cashier mode at the Self Checkout, you can instantly convert a self-checkout into a manned POS lane. Sigma provides the ultimate in POS flexibility especially in managing events.

Sigma Virtual POS works with your mobile app for click and collect or delivery and has a scan to cart module.  By using the same software, the self-checkout, ordering kiosk, physical Sigma and on the customer’s own device, you have one consistent consumer experience across all platforms, saving time and money with no additional maintenance.
