As a future-focused hybrid terminal, the SIGMA Series EASY eXpress can be used as a self- checkout solution, information device or attended checkout, and offers exclusively digital payment methods. For further flexibility, a cash rack can be added underneath and security scale to the side.
The Sigma Solution
The SIGMA POS Suite operates in an end-to-end Sigma environment and designed to operate as a customer-facing sales solution on Diebold Nixdorf hardware. The SIGMA Enterprise Solution provides a complete solution of services from Order Ahead, Kiosk Ordering, Self-Checkout, Fuel Management and Kitchen Management.
Sigma POS and Self-Checkout Interface allows Sigma to use the existing lane server, giving it the ability to extract item and pricing files from the POS then feed its transactions into the lane POS to feed back office reporting.
All Sigma Solutions interface with Radiant, Commander and Passport and require no additional maintenance

SIGMA Order Ahead and Kitchen Management Solution
The SIGMA Order Kiosk can be customized for food ordering at the deli counter, in-store café or restaurant. Our SIGMA solution can also utilize a SIGMA Self Check out Kiosk part of traditional sales / order transaction or enable or a dedicated kiosk for order ahead functionality.
SIGMA Order Management can also manage a transaction through a website or Mobile App ahead of the store visit, (Click and Collect), you can add to your Click & Collect order, at the food counter and shop elsewhere in the store and check out all together in one transaction, this saving you high credit card fees of “card not present” e-commerce transactions.
SIGMA's Collect in the Store advises the customer when his order is ready, gives the mobile app his order number to verify on the order ticket on collection.
Our advanced delivery to Vehicle even tells the expediter where the customer is on site, which vehicle and location.
SIGMA offers Printer and/or Display with Pay order options to pay in the Lane/SCO or pay with order or on order collection.
All order ahead transaction either from a kiosk, SCO or QSR orders all channel into SIGMA's Kitchen Management Solution, or if you have a Radiant application already, we can integrate that as part of the Sigma Solution.
