John Zagara

John Zagara is the President of Zagara’s Marketplace, a third generation upscale grocery store located in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. Zagara’s deployed Midax POS Reporting in 2006, then added additional pieces of the Midax Back Office suite, with Midax Loyalty (branded as ZM Preferred) rolled out in 2013. The last piece of the puzzle is starting in the Fall of 2021: the rollout of Midax’s Self-Checkout, e-commerce and POS solution, this making Zagara’s a true end-to-end Midax Store
